Academics World works in association with IRAJ International, UAE, which organizes and manages our international conferences. This page explains the relationship so that every author, delegate and partner knows who they are dealing with when they register for an Academics World event.
What IRAJ International Handles
IRAJ International, UAE is responsible for:
- Conference organization: Planning, venue arrangements, scheduling, session management and on-site coordination of Academics World conferences.
- All financial transactions: Conference registration fees collection, publication charges, payment processing, invoices, receipts and refunds.
Payments for Academics World conferences are received in the name of IRAJ International. Your invoice and payment receipt will show IRAJ International as the receiving organization, which is the correct and expected name.
NOTE: All participants, Universities, and Organizations can pay to the IRAJ International Bank account for the Conference registration fees.
Why This Matters to You
We want every payment you make to be transparent and safe. Before you pay, please check that:
- The payment request must come from our official email address, [email protected] only.
- The bank account or payment gateway is in the name of IRAJ International, UAE
- You receive an official invoice before payment and a receipt after it.
If you are asked to pay any other individual or organization on behalf of Academics World, do not pay. Report it to us immediately at [email protected].
Refunds and Cancellations
All refund and cancellation requests are processed by IRAJ International under our https://academicsworld.org/rules.php. Please quote your paper ID and payment reference in every request.
