A Letter of Invitation confirms that your registration application has been accepted by the conference organizing committee. It will be issued in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa. Invitation letters will be issued only after registration and payment have been completed.
In order to request an invitation letter, just e-mail us with the following documents :
- Registration Form
- Payment Proof
- Passport Size Photograph
- Scanned Copy of Passport
